A replacement new build with seven small apartments is intended to replace the existing three-storey apartment block dating back to the 40s. The basement contains an underground garage as well as cellars and technical services rooms.
The footprint slopes down on one side on each of the long sides. The sloping situation of the building, as with the old building, and the insertion of the footprint of the building into the plot, explain this geometry. The attic storey is differently set back on both front façades and in this way it staggers the volume.
